Everything you need to setup for success in the Metaverse.

START HERE

What You'll Need:

• A computer with a strong, reliable internet connection
• A mouse (optional, but recommended)
• Headphones (also optional, also recommended)
• A Chrome or Mozilla web browser (Safari will have issues)

We also recommend shutting down any other background applications.

How To Enter The Metaverse:

• Click the link that was sent to you or posted in an event
• Workplace firewalls can sometimes block the experience so test those first or enter from home or a public wifi connection
• Follow the prompts for your device and allow any permissions
• Enter your name and select your avatar
  

Learn The Controls:

• Keep your left hand on the W, A, S, and D keys and use them to move around the space
• Keep your right hand on the mouse to look around
• Make sure your mic is enabled and approach someone to talk
• You can send a message to the entire room with the chat bar in the upper right corner

If you run into any problems, confirm you're in a Chrome or Mozilla browser and refresh your browser window. If these problems persist, try an incognito/private tab.
